FOOD
We offer a delicious and nutritious lacto-vegetarian menu, which
often includes vegan choices and organic produce. Meals will be
served near the classroom and plenty of Yogi Tea will be available.
This is a very tasty Ayurvedic tonic that works on various body
systems and cleanses the blood. Please bring your own dishes (bowl,
plate, fork, knife, spoon, mug, cup). Do not bring disposable plates
and cups. We take turns serving each other and we all wash our own
dishes in the provided dishwashing station. |

An important note on
meals!
The first meal of the
course is dinner, Sunday
June 27th. The last meal
is dinner on Saturday,
July 3rd. Please be
prepared to provide your
own meals if you arrive
before the first meal,
or if you stay after the
last meal. However
langar, a free community
meal, will be served at
lunch every Sunday,
including June 27th. |
